There was not the slightest typical "car dealership" runaround. They gave me a fair price on an F-150, left me alone to process my thoughts, and made sure I wasn't pressured at all. I purchased the truck and was in and out of the dealership in less than two hours. George then had the truck delivered to my front door; registration and sticker intact. I will definitely recommend Colonial Ford to family and friends. More

Shane Conroy, finance manager, did an excellent job reviewing the numbers and our options. Again everything was clearly explained and no pressure. Bottom line we purchased a Fusion Hybred within our budget. I would recommend Colonial Ford and I especially recommend John Collas. The car buying experience really was a pleasure. More

5 Star Experience!!! Our experience at Colonial Ford was a positive one all around. The first was our Sales man John (Collas). John was explained all the features and options available & quickly had our car appraised. My husband & John went over all the figures without the typical back & forth to the Mgr. The 2nd was when we said we wanted to go home & talk about it over night, there was no aggressive pushiness to close a deal right away. The 3rd was my husband's experience with Dell, the Sales Mgr about our trade. They quickly agreed on the numbers. 4th, the Finance Mgr Shane had the paperwork ready & closing deal was not a long drawn out process. 5th, we thought we'd have to come back to exchange our trade, but John had the new car detailed, plates switched & all set to go. This was the easiest car/truck purchase we've ever made. My husband has wanted me to get a new car for a while, but I kept dragging my feet. Now I'm wondering why we didn't go to Colonial Ford sooner! I'd send anyone to John. First impressions count. More
