Not pushy...made it easy...went above and beyond! driving by, I saw a Tacoma (what I was shopping for) on their lot. Stopped in to check it out and Bill O'Neil (sales rep.) assisted me. Wasn't for me driving by, I saw a Tacoma (what I was shopping for) on their lot. Stopped in to check it out and Bill O'Neil (sales rep.) assisted me. Wasn't for me so I went in and Bill looked on computer and found a comparable truck (not a Tacoma). It sold before I got back to see it a few days later. Knowing what I was looking for, Bill had found one for me and had it there when I arrived. In fact, that morning he went and picked it up himself. I bought it. Thanks to his extra effort I have my dream truck. They were able to finance me and were very helpful. The manager himself came out to thank me for choosing Colonial. Exceptional Sales Experience The vehicle I wanted was at another location. Vito drove me to the other location so I could test drive the truck I wanted.
