Once we arrived at the dealership, the car was exactly as described on their website and as Winston described it to me on the phone. There were no surprise fees or upsell pressure. The staff at Colonial Ford appear to be honest, no-nonsense people simply trying to make a living just like the rest of us. It was a long ride from NH to Plymouth, but it was worth it! More

Only dealer that didn't treat me like garbage! Went to quite a few dealerships while searching for a car, and this was the only time during the experience that it wasn't stressful or intimidating. George was helpful and friendly, but never got pushy. I was pretty sure I knew which car I wanted when I saw it, but they let me take it home over the weekend to get a better feel for it. I didn't think my old car was worth anything, but they still took it as a trade in. First time buying a car from a dealership, and they really made it much easier than I was expecting. I'll be coming straight back here the next time I'm in the market for a car. More
