After I gave him my information, he got everything together and arranged to meet me for delivery. He had another salesperson from Colonial deliver the vehicle - Art Geurtin. Once again, it was a great experience. Art met us and explained all of the features of the new Explorer to my wife and me. He had all of the paperwork together and the whole process took less than 30 minutes.
