New 2017 Ford Fusion Sport I can not say enough good things about Colonial Ford and my salesman John Collas. John and Colonial went above and beyond my expectations. I am a car guy thru and thru, the day I crossed paths with John I found a kindred spirit. When you start talking horse power, torque & performance some peoples eye's glaze over. Not John, I came in with a '13 Ford Focus ST. John has a Ford Fiesta ST. He was as excited as I was about the New Ford Fusion Sport, V6,Twin Turbo, All Wheel drive. John thoroughly understands and talks the same language as I do. I special ordered one near the end of August, 8-10 week wait being it's a new out model, with a Fall release. John and I realized that one of my Ford rebates would expire before the car arrived. John and the Management at Colonial went out of there way to find a car that was exactly the same as my ordered car, every option and color. This was a herculean feat because this is a brand new addition to the Ford Fusion line. They found one that hit the ground at another dealership in Mass and wrangled it from that dealership, same price same car as I ordered. That is some stellar customer service. Everyone from the dealership came out to check this thing of beauty out before I drove off this evening. I have the distinction of being there first customer to buy one of these Special Fusions at Colonial. I have used their parts department and there service department in the past and their staff are just as accommodating as the sales staff. Just a great dealership, hands down. More

We explained to him we were thinking about purchasing an SUV which would be the first SUV as we had always purchased cars. After a lengthy conversation with George as to what we were looking for he brought around to the front of the showroom two SUV's, for us to look at and try out, which we did. We were still indecisive, thanked George and said we would think it over. George spent a couple of hours with us that afternoon and took the time to explain each vehicle and said if we had any questions to give him a call or stop in. We stopped in on Sept. 1 and spent a couple of hours with George driving an SUV and going over once again the technology of the vehicle. We told George what we would like in an SUV and he got on the computer system and found exactly what we were looking for at another dealership out of town. George made arrangements for that vehicle to be brought to the Colonial dealership. We picked up the SUV on Sept. 8 and once again George spent a couple of hours with us explaining all the technology on this vehicle,. George's day off is Friday and he went into the dealership on his day off to make the arrangements for us to secure this vehicle and have it brought to the Colonial dealership. George made all the arrangements and notified my insurance agency of the change of vehicle and had all of the necessary paperwork completed for an easy transition. I was impressed!! George is very low key, is a "no pressure" sales person, wants to please and does go the extra mile to please a potential customer. He made purchasing a new vehicle very painless and a rather pleasant experience. We would highly recommend George Andruk and if we should be looking for another vehicle we would definitely do business again with George. By the way, I love my new SUV, it is perfect and George found exactly what I wanted!! More
