"Amazing, timely and caring" I bought my car from Colonial Ford a year ago and had an accident with it. After bringing my car to different mechanics to fix (they could not). It h I bought my car from Colonial Ford a year ago and had an accident with it. After bringing my car to different mechanics to fix (they could not). It has some serious issues I called Colonial and Joseph Murphy said bring it in. After a few days the mechanic (Arthur "Russ" Duchancy was able to locate the problem. They dealt with the insurance company, got me a rental car and when I picked my car up it was running like brand new! Joe called my to give me updates on how the work was progressing. They are a God send. We have bought are cars at Colonial and will again , we have also referred friends to them and they are also very pleased. More

Unconventional My son was looking for a certain car and we asked if they had any chargers in stock, I wasn't surprised when they told me NO. What I was surprised about is their pre owned locate service. I said to my self , here we go but to my surprise I was asked what price range and model and not realizing they have access to multiple sister colonial stores and inventory they could find a vehicle. I am 53 and never found such great customer service without the bull. They called me the following Tuesday and located the car my son was saving for. We didn't have to drive around to multi lo dealers like I did in the past or waste my day off driving around.I don't know why most dealerships don't do the same thing. A special shout out to Dell the manager. See you for my truck in the spring. More
