I have never bought a used car before (I always lease new cars) and was very skeptical about the quality of the car and the experience. In fact, I dreaded going to the dealer as I have had bad experiences at other dealerships in the past (i.e. long waits, poor service). I was greeted very warmly by Jason and explained what I needed. I found him to be a great listener. He referred me to Dennis to take the car for a test drive. Dennis was great to deal with as well- no pressure, good information on the car and explained the quality of the vehicles they sell. Jason and Dennis made this a great experience for me.
