Friendly and Accomodating We returned to Colonial Ford having had 2 leases and another purchase in the past. Their staff is always friendly and attentive. When we initially showed up it was during a snow storm. Bill didn't waste any time and eagerly cleared and warmed up a car we wanted to look at even though we weren't going to test drive at that moment due to the weather conditions. We returned a week later to another banner day for weather (terrible wind chills) where Bill again helped us try out several different cars. Our experience with Bill was extremely pleasant and totally no pressure. As always colonial Ford was willing to work with us on the price and payments to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. We love our new 2017 Escape and I think part of that is because of the experience at the dealership. More

Nailed It It was time for my first factory service on my new F-150 so I called Art at Colonial to find out what I needed to do. Third, he freaking nailed it, it was scheduled for the very next day! Perfect! I ENTERED THE DEALERSHIP BECAUSE OF THE LARGE SELECTION OF USED CARS. UNFORTUNATELY, THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PARTICULAR CAR I WAS LOOKING FOR. BUT WITHIN 4 HOURS DELL HAD LOCATED THE EXACT VEHICLE I WAS LOOKING FOR. BILL THEN WENT OUT TO ANOTHER COLONIAL DELEARSHIP AND DROVE THE CAR BACK AND I WAS TEST DRIVING IT THAT NIGHT. I'VE ALWAYS BEEN WARY OF CAR SALESMAN AND I THOUGHT THIS WAS GOING TO SMOOTH TO BE TRUE. MY TRADE WAS ASSESSED AND I WAS OFFERED A GOOD DEAL ON A FACTORY WARRANTIED VEHICLE. I HAD ALREADY RECEIVED A PREAPPROVAL FROM MY LOCAL CREDIT UNION AND EXPECTED TO GO THAT ROUTE FOR FINANCING. SHANE ASKED THAT I GIVE HIM SOME TIME THE NEXT MORNING TO SEE WHAT HE COULD DO. AGAIN, TO MY SURPRISE SHANE OUT DID THE OFFER OF MY CREDIT UNION AND FINANCING WAS MADE EASY THROUGH COLONIAL. THE PREPARATION FOR DELIVERY THAT WENT INTO THIS VEHICLE COULD ONLY BE COMPARED TO A HIGHLINE LUXURY 6 FIQURED CAR PURCHASE. The listed price was very good as compared to every other comparable vehicle so I thought the car was going to have some issues. To my surprise, there were not issues, the dealer simply lowered their price to move the car. The car was very close to being exactly what I was looking for and at an extremely low price so I had to just buy it. I worked with Vito Umbro, a very nice gentleman who was very helpful throughout the entire process. Vito had the car cleaned up before I left and he even had my old car, which I did not trade, returned to my home the next day at no charge. Thank you very much Vito and Colonial Ford.
