We were a little worried about driving 70 miles and finding a dealership that we were going to dislike. Upon arriving we were met by Dwight who put us in the care of Joe McNamara. Joe did all he could to make us feel welcome and applied no pressure. Once we had our agreed price Joe has us meet Greg Russell, the finance specialist. Gregg was fast and did his job with professionalism and humor (that we appreciated). I will be recommending Colonial Ford to my friends and family in the future. Thanks again! ps...the mustang rips! Joe was a great help! When we first arrived I was wary because we had to give all of our personal information to the receptionist (including a copy of our driver's license) When we first arrived I was wary because we had to give all of our personal information to the receptionist (including a copy of our driver's license) before we even were allowed to talk to a salesman. I found this rather annoying and intrusive, and ultimately a big waste of our time as the salesman went through it all again anyway. Anyways, luckily we were introduced to the salesman Joe McNamara. He has a very mellow personality and took the time to listen to our story and recommend a few different possibilities and then took the time to show us those vehicles and gave us the time we needed to sort through all the information and make the purchase when we were ready. He even gave us a tour of their new facility during our first visit. I'm happy to write this review for Joe, 5 stars all the way! I would not only recommend Ford, but that everyone should go see Joe McNamara down at Colonial Ford. More

They have a great Finance Dept. so I was able to complete all the paperwork & drive my Honda CR-V home that night "hassle free".
