We walked into Colonial Ford Friday night (not knowing they closed at 6) asking about an Edge we saw on the lot. Not once did Glenn (our sales guy) tell us they were not open but proceeded to show us the car and asked if we wanted to test drive. When we did realize the business was closed how silly did we feel? We did come back the next day and did the test drive and picked up the car Sunday. What impressed me was the customer service. In today’s world it’s hard to find such customer focused employees but maybe that’s because Colonial Ford employs them all, at least in Plymouth. We will continue to give them are business and I recommend them to everyone looking for a great car buying experience! More

While we were in the lot looking at the car we were approached by a young salesman who My wife and I had a great experience buying our 2016 Ford Edge. While we were in the lot looking at the car we were approached by a young salesman who asked us if we needed help. David Backus was very polite and knowledgeable, he answered all our question. We were never pressured to buy, we took a test drive talked price then went home to think about it. Not once did anyone try to pressure us to buy. The next day we called David and told him we wanted to come back and talk about our trade and to negotiate a fair price for the car. It took about 20 minutes to work out a deal. No pressure and a fair deal. We met with Greg Russell the finance manager, he was great, He was knowledge and friendly. Greg got us a great rate and explained thing very clearly.
