Colonial Ford is the best dealership around! !! This is the 4th vehicle we have bought from them. Glenn Smith is the BEST salesperson a customer could ask for! He goes the extra mile plus. De !! This is the 4th vehicle we have bought from them. Glenn Smith is the BEST salesperson a customer could ask for! He goes the extra mile plus. Dell & Sean in Management have very helpful and welcoming. Bruce in Service is very accommodating. It is great to have a dealership that we can count on the salesman, management, and service all in one. More
After driving 3 cars, Glenn was patient and knowledgeable about different features I choose to go with the bronco sport. I was recommended by my family as they bought many cars throughout the years. As I walked briskly into Colonial Ford I turned to my wife and said, "We are not going to buy a car; just look." To some people buying a car is an exciting time, but to me I already had my dream car; wife and said, "We are not going to buy a car; just look." To some people buying a car is an exciting time, but to me I already had my dream car; a 2015 VW Golf Sportwagen TDI. That car, however, was taken from me by an errant deer on a cold foggy night in the beginning of April. RIP Today was a new day, an unusually warm Saturday before Easter Sunday. As my sweetheart and I broached the large glass doors of Colonial Ford we were greeted by Joe Oliveira. Joe was quick to jump out from behind the curved wooden desk that sat sandwiched between a Shelby Mustang and Ford F-350 and ushered us quickly into his office. After going over our situation and what cars we wanted to look at Joe said, "Let's just go take a tour okay, if you see a car you like I'll get the keys, you can drive it around." He was quick to show us Broncos, Escapes, Mavericks, and Explorers. All cars that we could picture ourselves in. After awhile a PHEV Escape caught our eyes and we asked to see inside. Joe took my license and shuffled back into the dealership to grab the plates and keys. When he returned we were given an excellent overview of the features of a PHEV, shown the plug port and EV features before taking off on our test drive. Joe was never pushy during the whole time, sometimes piping up from the back seat to talk about things that my wife and I didn't notice, such as the heated steering wheel; all of which was much appreciated. Upon returning we said our goodbyes and Joe for the first time said, "I hope you liked it, if you decide on it, I'd love to sell you that car." My wife and I, adamant that we weren't buying a car today, headed to Quirk Chevrolet in Braintree to try out the Chevy Bolt EUV. There we were met with a sea of cars before even getting to the dealership, feels very impersonal. After navigating several buildings and finding the new car dealership we went inside and were greeted with a less than warm staff. They did not provide nearly as good as a service as Joe and his team did at Colonial. Although in the end we ended up really liking the Bolt we passed as it did not have the ability to tow; a feature that my wife and I desperately need. As I left Quirk I couldn't get the PHEV escape out of my head, the comfort, fuel economy, and features were all beckoning me to give Joe a call and get that car. So that's what I did. "Hi Joe we are just leaving Chevy and getting lunch, can you talk to your manager and see what the best price can be. Give me a call in an hour or so and let me know" "No problem Adam, hope you are getting something good!" Well, I wish his hopes came true because after that call I went to Capone's in Weymouth and purchased the worst buffalo chicken calzone that I have ever had. So bad in fact that I went to Cosmo's cafe in Scituate and bought another calzone. After 2 calzones Joe gave me a call and a price which we went back and forth a bit over and then came to an agreeable number. I gave him my card and put a deposit down that day. After Easter, I went back to the dealership to finish paperwork and found Joe, a proud family man, tired after a long Easter celebration. During our second meeting we talked about life, family and his story which is really inspiring. If you are buying a car from Joe ask about his time on the Cruise ships and encourage him to do a European river cruise. You won't be disappointed. After talking for a bit and getting a few snacks I was handed off to Nick in the finance department where he took the time to run through my credit, answer any questions, deal with the million permutations of loans that I had him estimate and never once rush me along. I ended up leaving on Monday feeling like I was in extremely good hands. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Colonial Ford through service appointments and seeing Joe when I get my oil changed and car tuned up. Next vehicle I will be getting is an F-150 Lightning and I surely will be buying it from Joe! If you are choosing a dealership you are in excellent hands when you enter Colonial Ford! More

Working With Dell, Glenn and Joe was so easy smooth and stress free it was great. I wish I had more money to buy more trucks to be honest.
