I waited over an hour for an oil change that I had an appointment for. While I was waiting I noticed the staff wasn’t the friendliest. Our salesperson Rodrigo was VERY helpful in getting us into the truck we selected. Everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable. We chose the truck we wanted online, went to the dealership and were home into the truck we selected. Everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable. We chose the truck we wanted online, went to the dealership and were home 3 hours later with our new truck! I highly recommend Rodrigo and the Colonial Ford staff!!! More

Although I didn't purchase my Explorer from this dealership they treated me like I was one of their regular customers. The service tech was very friendly and was able to diagnosis all my concerns.
