I called on a Tuesday and they asked if Thursday worked for me. I said this week and they said yes. I ended up dropping it off on Tuesday night and they got it in on Wednesday so they could seek approval f for me. I said this week and they said yes. I ended up dropping it off on Tuesday night and they got it in on Wednesday so they could seek approval from the leasing company and order parts. The other local dealers were 3 weeks out. They had it back to me on the following Monday even though they had to order door seals. They had all of the other work done on Friday. I let the others in my company know about the fantastic service as we have several other Ford vans. More

This was my first time having my car serviced at Colonial Ford of Marlborough. They were polite and friendly and extremely helpful. They made me aware of an issue and the resolution to fix it. Although they Ford of Marlborough. They were polite and friendly and extremely helpful. They made me aware of an issue and the resolution to fix it. Although they could not do it that same day because the part they needed was not in stock, they made me aware of it as well as the plan to fix it in the future at no additional cost. It was also so nice to be able to make a Saturday appointment which many dealerships and service shops do not have available, More

i do want to visit an actual Lincoln dealer for service, just to see if I get whacked with 2 $100 deductibles in as many weeks. I don't recall paying these when Sentry Lincoln was open in Westboro.
