I understand that due to covid there are a lot of constraints but it seemed like this dealership was not keeping up to date on the latest developments in the state that have a profound impact on thei constraints but it seemed like this dealership was not keeping up to date on the latest developments in the state that have a profound impact on their industry. Due to their lack of awareness I ended up spending an extra week in a hotel and car rental. I just arrived to Massachusetts from Korea so the fact that I had to run around to take care of problems as they sprung up is unacceptable. I mentioned to my sales rep, Stephen, about some compensation to try and offset all this additional expenses incurred as a result of this lack of share understanding but even though he did apologize he stated that he will mention it to the manager when I showed up to pick up the car a week later he acted like he forgot or the topic of compensation was completely omitted. Very helpful in scheduling an appointment. My service was excellent. Everything was addressed that I asked for with the exception of removing stickers on my windshield.
