Very Pleased Old School Customer Service Excellance After my resent sales experience I was questioning my visit to the Colonial Cadilac service department for my inspection sticker and a problem with a After my resent sales experience I was questioning my visit to the Colonial Cadilac service department for my inspection sticker and a problem with a key remote. On a very busy Friday after work I was pleasantly greated by the service writer and professionally asked what I needed. The car was quickly inspected, the remote was re-programmed and the car returned to me. I was treated like a valued customer even though my used car purchase was not a cadillac.
