Hands down, THE BEST customer service rep I have ever known, bar none. No matter what services or purchases I have done or will do, Denise is by FAR the #1 person that will ALWAYS come to mind. She alwa known, bar none. No matter what services or purchases I have done or will do, Denise is by FAR the #1 person that will ALWAYS come to mind. She always treats me with respect, and makes me feel like she is honestly concerned with me and my vehicle. She is like a good friend that always watches out for you, and she cares about things other than your vehicle. She remembers things about you and your life, and that, to me is something you cannot teach; she was born to be a great person, and that shows in her abilities to provide service to customers at your dealership. I wish I had 20 Denise's working for me, and if you had them, you would easily be #1 in the nation. I can't say enough about Denise. I always look for her when I go in to get the vehicle services, and because of her, I will buy from here again and again, and am even bringing my Range Rover in for tires, just because of her and the quality of service I receive from Colonial Cadillac. Thank you again Denise!, and whatever you are paying her, it is not enough! More
