We live in Michigan. After visiting with cousins who live near Boston, we were traveling to Virginia to see other family members when the 'check engine' light came on. Kn After visiting with cousins who live near Boston, we were traveling to Virginia to see other family members when the 'check engine' light came on. Knowing we shouldn't drive the car for 10 hours with something wrong, we searched for a nearby Cadillac dealer in hopes they would get us in and diagnose the problem. Sure enough, the service manager said he wanted to help and would get us in to determine what was wrong. Once the problem was diagnosed and Renata confirmed they had the new part needed to fix the problem, she gave us an update and suggested a few places where we could have lunch while the car was being fixed. Shortly after we returned from lunch, Renata said the car was not only fixed, but they washed the outside and vacuumed the floor inside. What could have been a miserable experience was made much better by the service team. Thanks! More

Good to start bad ending lousy extended warranty program bought my car in 2019 its a 2017 had minor issues up till this past Sept. brought my car in for service on transmission and was told my warranty had bought my car in 2019 its a 2017 had minor issues up till this past Sept. brought my car in for service on transmission and was told my warranty had expired but on the agreement i bought the car in May of 19 and got a five year warranty or 60 thousand miles but the dealership told me it expired in my mind it should have expired in May of 24 since i have only 43 thousand miles on my car Can you explain this better than they did ? More
