Always pleasant at Colonial. I’d give five stars yet it’s too soon to tell. It’s nice to see more employees and customers around as the Covid19 sent everyone for a loop. What I mean by that is, there wasn’t a 3 month wait for parts. Keep up the good work! If I could give zero stars I would. The worst delearship ever! They broke other things in my car while servicing a recall not once but twice and had my car for 9 days with no loaner. De The worst delearship ever! They broke other things in my car while servicing a recall not once but twice and had my car for 9 days with no loaner. Denise in service is this place saving grace, she is responsivie, goes above and beyond and is saving the customers that your service pisses off. They also did not extend my leas as promised with GM Financial during the height of the pandemic, this resulted in my credit score dropping 120 points and NOBODY at the dealership is willing to help. My emails go unresponded to, they dont give a xxxx once you buy the car. NEVER will I EVER buy a car from Colonial Cadillac and will be sure to tell everyone I know. More
