Well, the saga continues. I dropped my car off for this third "fix" last night so that it could be serviced at 8am this morning and by 5pm I had heard from NO ONE and received NO updated information. I called the Service department at 5pm and was informed by Renatta that the Manager was aware of my situation but they were very busy today.... what the xxxx does that mean? Why schedule me if you can't even get to my car? She asked if it was a problem if they keep the car tomorrow? Do I have a choice???? I informed Renatta that I needed my car back by the end of the day tomorrow as I have plans for the weekend. I'm sorry, to not even get a call or an update is LESS than poor service. I was a bit disappointed in the beginning, but not this is just the worst.
