Unfortunately, it was rather difficult to get the status of the vehicle repair this time. I understand that the service adviser was sick and out of the office, but I wished someone else would follow it up of the vehicle repair this time. It took them 4 days to perform a simple car battery replacement. Also, they have not performed the tire rotation which was requested and paid for in my previous oil change appointment back in April. Renata was very informative and accommodating. I had just gone over my warranty by approximately 150 miles to include struts. I had called the dealership prior to my appointment to ask about wheth I had just gone over my warranty by approximately 150 miles to include struts. I had called the dealership prior to my appointment to ask about whether struts were covered and I was told that they were. I was not told that my Bumper to Bumper warranty expired at 50,004 miles and that I then only had coverage for the Power Train. I made my appointment and brought the vehicle in at 50,189 miles not knowing that the struts were now no longer covered! Renata was very kind and explained that unfortunately there was nothing that could be done.My only complaint is that when I initially called in that someone had said to me that the struts would only be covered up to 50,004 miles which ended up costing me approximately 2K in repairs just for the struts. More
