Colonial was laid back, honest and patient. I felt like they let the car sell itself and just wanted us to be comfortable. I'd highly recommend this dealership and will use them again in the future when I need another car. More

Brought the car for warranty service, the parking attendant thought , I was mistaken in the dealer or parking lot... because" This is a Cadillac Dealer. Then the service advisor, more high and mighty, insulting and refuse to service, passing the service request to the Service manager who I may say was very polite. The dealer was very happy when I bought the car, but service intake finds it easy to insult the same client that by his purchase payed her salary. More

So happy with the excellent customer service I received when getting an inspection sticker with my 3 year old daughter at Colonial Cadillac last week. This was the best experience I've ever had in anything when getting an inspection sticker with my 3 year old daughter at Colonial Cadillac last week. This was the best experience I've ever had in anything dealing with a vehicle of mine. It was quick and easy, we got to go inside and sit in the waiting area and while there an older gentleman who I think may have been a mechanic let my daughter sit on my lap for a minute inside the 76 Cadillac convertible they had in the showroom. That made her whole day! And Peter is the best! He brought out my credit card to me that I had unknowingly lost and someone had found on the floor and generously, he even had my car washed for me after the inspection sticker was done! I will gladly be coming back in the future! More
