I just bought my first Cadillac and it was because of Joe and the final price! He spent time with me, asked me what I was looking for, showed me the colors I could get and the many options available. I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Olsen, and as we all know shopping for a vehicle can be a nerve wracking experience. But I was amazed. My Salesman, Mr. Mark C. Smith was both professional and courteous. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the product and very patient with me, spending much time with me, taking me for a demonstration ride and making sure i understood all of its features and benefits, answering every question I had. After the sale he made sure that I was introduced to the service and body shop departments, told me how to get immediate assistance if needed and followed up several times with me after the sale. I left Olsen Cadillac with a great deal, a vehicle i cherish, and an experience that i do not believe anyone can top. All the sales people were friendly and helped one another. They seemed to look to Mark for his knowledge and very often he interrupted his own sales to help them. I truly feel like i belong to the Olsen Family.
