Dennis Moran was very good. He cut to the chase and gave us a fair deal on our Escalade ESV. Car was ready for pickup when we agreed and the process was very smooth Dennis was the only person on for Sunday, so we had to wait to make an offer. My wife and I also didn't know where to go... so we were dealing for the car in the hallway, which we felt was weird, but given it was Sunday, we thought it must be because of the number of appointments Dennis had. Closing on the car was a much more normal process. Car was ready, cleaned up and issues resolved. My wife and I had a bad experience before this dealership was owned by Colonial. It is very obvious now why the Colonial brand stands for quality and fairness. We would definitely recommend this dealership and Dennis for purchasing a new or used Cadillac. More

Great Experience After a long many months from late 2019 until June 2020 I' was looking for another either CPO or a nice pre-owned SUV or car. in June 2020, Colonial h After a long many months from late 2019 until June 2020 I' was looking for another either CPO or a nice pre-owned SUV or car. in June 2020, Colonial had a 2017 Lincoln MKZ on their website and on car gurus with low mileage, great color scheme. After I contacted them online about the Lincoln, their salesman Chad called me at home. Due to the COVID and my health concerns, Chad shuttled the Lincoln up to my home in the Merrimack Valley area of Ma for a test drive. The test drive went great and the dealer took care of better than 3/4 of my concerns. Just under a month from 1st buying the car, they took care of new tires and 3/4 brake job, new car and fob batteries, new speaker, fixed a noise issue with the hatch struts and nav software. The only disappointment is in the fact that their detailer is a bit messy, and my car wasn't vacuumed before they gave it back to me after servicing it.
