Denise Leigh has made me a Colonial Cadillac customer for life. I will buy more Cadillacs from Colonial because of her world-class customer service. My 2014 ATS needed 85k+ service as well as a MA State Insp life. I will buy more Cadillacs from Colonial because of her world-class customer service. My 2014 ATS needed 85k+ service as well as a MA State Inspection sticker. The car was having issues with sensors and the Check Engine Light kept coming on even after the service was completed. Denise had me come in two more times and worked with me on how we can get all sensors checked to ensure the car would safely pass inspection. Denise, was calm, professional and showed a great positive attitude that her staff would get my ATS safe and on the road for another year. Denise gave me daily updates on the status of my service and where we stood with the car passing inspection. After three visits, the car passed inspection today! Thanks Denise for caring. That goes a long way with customer delight, stickiness and service. More
