Extremely knowledgeable and professional. We live 7 hours away and were trading a class A Motorhome. Patrick was our salesman and he did a superb job of keeping us posted as to timing of pickup (we had options added) and having things in good order for pickup. Chris talked us through the hookup process and was extremely patient/willing to answer our many questions. Robert reviewed the Airstream connected process with ease and offered support should we need it down the road. Kevin did our walk through and was extremely thorough, also willing to address our concerns without making us feel rushed. Upon our return home we received a call from Patrick checking on us, wow how often does that happen!?! We can’t say enough positive things about Colonial Airstream...EVERY member of their team is most helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable!!! We would highly recommend them...and already have! Forgot to mention, Enrique took us for a practice run in the ball park parking lot where he taught us the ropes of hauling...Nick was right, we left feeling way more comfortable with regard to hauling. A Pleasureable Experience Don and Emma After many months of searching we found our perfect RV at Colonial Airstream. On their web page among the ads for 2019 models was listed a “Brand New” 2018 International Signature 25FBT with Salsa Interior! Just what we wanted! OK, we knew we wanted that trailer, but, there were several daunting questions. How do you buy an RV 1500 miles from home? How do you pay for it, and how do you get it home? We called Colonial Airstream! Enter Patrick Bottacelli! Patrick would be our salesman throughout the deal, and what a salesman he is. As far as I’m concerned, the Airstream sold its self, but Patrick sold us on Colonial Airstream! And the rest, as they say, is history. Patrick was courteous and pleasant. He displayed a sense of humor and came across as low-key. There was no pressure! Ask a question get an answer. Very knowledgeable, very detailed. Soon, all the questions that we worried about were put to rest. After we agreed on a very good price, Patrick guided us through the entire process via phone and email. It was painless! All aspects were completed online. We scanned, signed, and sent documents and pictures, made the down payment, and even arranged for insurance and financing! All from the comfort of our living room!
