I was in the market for a new vehicle. I emailed and met with Ralph Brown ( sales consultant) who was extremely courteous and delivered the right vehicle at the right price. I gave a rating of 5 because Mr. Brown was attentive to what my family and I was looking for in a vehicle, he was not "pushy", he made sure that we received a fair price for our trade, and delivered the vehicle at a price that surpassed our expectations. Going into this dealership I wasn't sure what to expect. I must say that walking into College Park Hyundai was wonderful they have exceptional services . The dealership itself was a pretty decent place. I worked with Charles, and he was an excellent guy. He took me out on a nice test drive, and was great with that. We got back and started discussing the price for the car, which was a bit higher than I wanted to go, but he was open to negotiation. At one point his manager came over, and he was a bit aggressive and even though he said he didn't want to be a *****, of course he was (I'm pretty sure it was all for show, though). But I guess that's their job. Either way, Charles was great to work with, and I'm pretty happy with the outcome. He even stayed outside with me as I arranged transportation home for my other car and really made me feel like he cared! EDIT****** And I have to now edit this, because I realized how this was completely a dishonest transaction. Charles, still, seems to be a really nice guy. But it doesn't change the fact that everything went south with the financial part, and how they flat lied to me. My contract was rushed through, and they lied about the interest rate, putting 2.5% higher than what was agreed. And this was after they tried to put a higher price on the car than what we originally agreed with!! And the finance lady had the audacity to tell me "It's only a few dollars more a month anyway, it's not a big deal...". Really? The fact that you even say that shows a blatant lack of honesty and sincerity. Just another dishonest used car lot. More

David Lee was very helpful with my first vehicle purchase. Especially after I had been to a bunch of dealers who were either shady or not giving me what I wanted. Had my car for approx. two weeks and car is still not running properly. took car back 3 times. Had to take it to a different Hyundai dealership.
