David Lee is definitely the best part of the dealership! We've purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership and time and time again David Lee has shown himself to be an amazing person to work! He regularly went out of his way to make sure we got the best deal possible. Even after the sale was finalized, when we had some problems with the car or the administrative side of getting everything finalized, David was quick to find a solution that benefited everyone. The dealer management seemed difficult to work with - frequently putting up road blocks and making the sale difficult, to the point of even coming up with loopholes to get out of previously advertised specials. After the sale was finalized, there were numerous administrative problems associated with finalizing the sale that became very difficult. David really took up our defence and helped us to both negotiate the best deal and get quick resolution of administrative problems - something outside his responsibility as a sales employee I'm sure! If he left College Park Hyundai and went to a different dealership I would ABSOLUTELY recommend every customer should leave and follow him! I'm rating the overall experience as 2/5 because the management really seemed to frequently put up road blocks, as well as demonstrating a lack of overall organization that caused administrative problems even after the purchase was finalized. If they gave more authority to David so he could help the customers without having to continually go up to and get approval the overall experience would have been much better. I really felt that David had my best interest in mind, but I definitely did not feel that way about the management. I feel as though the difficulty the management had with finalizing the sale, as well as the administrative problems that happened afterwords, only served to show that the management really didn't care about me at all. They didn't give enough effort or time to make me feel like a valued customer. I can't say enough nice things about David though! I would say I highly recommend any dealership that David Lee is working at. If that happens to be College Park Hyundai now, then great - but be sure to ask for David! More

Recent purchase After months of searching for used Honda Odyssey; I located one at this dealership. I was quickly put in contact with a salesmen by the name Ralph Bro After months of searching for used Honda Odyssey; I located one at this dealership. I was quickly put in contact with a salesmen by the name Ralph Brown. Upon my arrival Ralph greeted me and retrieved the keys to car I was interested in, his no nonsense approach was very refreshing and we got down to business quite quickly. While I was looking over and test driving the vehicle, Ralph addressed my trade in and we were talking numbers in very short order. As with any dealership there was some haggling, but in the end I was provided a fair, and reasonable deal on my trade in and new purchase. In addition the dealership provided me with a better finance rate than my credit union which I was pleasantly surprised to hear. Hats off to Ralph and the finance team, all the best! V/r, Joe More

I reached out to David and when I talked to him he was not pushy with trying sell me a car. He talked to me and understood what I wanted. He had me contact several other dealers before I made a decision and when I found the lowest offer I could on my car then I should give him a call. David assured me that he would be the lowest offer I could find in the other dealerships and of course he did exactly that. I bought my car October 27th and for two days David put me in the exact car I bought, but just a rental until he went and picked my car up and had it detailed very well. His customer service was outstanding, he was an easy person to communicate with, and his honesty was the biggest seller for me. I would recommend David Lee, he continues to reassure me if I ever need anything to contact him directly.. Oh and my car, it is AMAZING! More
