Hot and cold! Mr. Charles Anene was quite the nicest salesperson I worked with and I visited 8 Hyundai and Toyota dealers. But the dealership was the ONLY one whi Mr. Charles Anene was quite the nicest salesperson I worked with and I visited 8 Hyundai and Toyota dealers. But the dealership was the ONLY one which refused to give me a breakdown of the costs. And the amount I would pay for the car changed from day to day. By contrast other Hyundai dealers and all the Toyota dealers immediately provided me with a print out of the costs and the various charges. It's my money and I want to know EXACTLY how I am going to spend it. What amount is the 6% sales tax calculated on? No, it cannot include the fee for tags/title. I was a USAA True Value customer, Freight is not included. These are the kinds of issues I fought over with a manager named Sterry. It was a great car, but I went with Toyota More

All of the salesmen were nice and friendly, but my salesman Zod was the nicest, knowledgeable (he knew every inch of my car), friendliest salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with (he even held the car door open for me. That's just something you do not get anymore. I have always been impressed with College Park Hyundai including the service center (this is not my first Hyundai). To sum it all up, whatever College Park Hyundai is doing in hiring personnel keep up the good work. I will be back!!!! More

A mind blowing experience I always was skeptical about buying a car from a dealership. Dealing with Charles over the phone as well as in person was simply wonderful. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I have been a customer of theirs only for service when I decided to buy a 2011 Genesis off lease. The first experience was to replace the battery - o I have been a customer of theirs only for service when I decided to buy a 2011 Genesis off lease. The first experience was to replace the battery - on a car with just over 18000 miles - at around $285 - so since I was paying them, they were very nice. Then the navigation system went. It was back three times for that - and two times they ordered a replacement and the replacements did not work. After waiting over three weeks to hear back from them, I called back several times - and repeatedly would be transferred to William or James - and numerous times they conveniently hung up on me. Finally today they told me the part was not under the 5 year bumper to bumper warranty - and therefore they could refer me to a repair facility. So - the organization has little to NO communication skills with their customers - and they apparently lie about what it is they will and will not do. (When the first unit failed, they said they would schedule me for another appointment when the replacement came in and would provide me with a loaner. - well needless to say they denied this when I took it back the second time.) I requested at least a half dozen times to talk with the service manager who seems to never be there --- and never returns messages left. There also appears to be a vacant general manager position there as I requested to talk with him at least the same amount of times and to no avail - never there. BEWARE - BEWARE OF THIS DEALER AND IT MAY BE THAT YOU NEED TO BEWARE OF THIS CAR COMPANY - AS THEY ARE NOT STANDING BEHIND THEIR WARRATY CLAIMS!!!!!!! More
