Great Salesman! Marcus Kess was a very professional salesman. Things were kind of crazy busy on the day we bought our Hyundai Santa Fe but he stayed calm and very pro Marcus Kess was a very professional salesman. Things were kind of crazy busy on the day we bought our Hyundai Santa Fe but he stayed calm and very professional. We took delivery of the vehicle late in the evening and were tired after our long day at the dealership. Marcus asked me to return the next day assuring me that he would have more time to explain the ins and outs of my vehicle and get it properly washed. I did return and he kept his word. Upgrade Santa fe 2013 to 2014 Thanks to Hyundai in College Park MD, and Norman Hawkins, I started with a used vehicle and purchased four new vehicles. My original visit was for an Thanks to Hyundai in College Park MD, and Norman Hawkins, I started with a used vehicle and purchased four new vehicles. My original visit was for an oil change, but I received far more than expected! Love, love my new Santa Fe! My most recent purchase provided me with an easy transition from 2013 Santa Fe, into a 2014 Santa Fe. I am very pleased with the upgrade and added features. Mr. Hawkins and Ms. Ebony in Finance worked with me and provided me with outstanding service from start to finish. I truly enjoy visiting this particular location because everyone is so kind and helpful with every aspect of service from the front door to the back. More

Awesome Dealership Expecting our third child, my wife and I had been on the hunt for a used minivan for awhile before we finally found exactly what we needed at College Expecting our third child, my wife and I had been on the hunt for a used minivan for awhile before we finally found exactly what we needed at College Park Hyundai. The folks there couldn't have been more friendly or helpful, especially our salesperson, David. He did a fantastic job of walking us through everything with the van we were interested in and answering all of our questions. He even noted a few issues during our walk through that he said they would take care of post-purchase and they sure did. Having dealt with other dealerships and their sales people in the past, we truly couldn't believe how smooth and easy the entire process went (even with our kids in tow!). We love our new family minivan and the experience we had at College Park Hyundai. Could not recommend them more highly! More

So far it has been very good. I used the service department for my car maintenance and as usual William Silva was great in getting my car serviced in a timely manner. When you get good service on your vehicle this encourage you to buy another vehicle from your dealership. I know some service department aren't very good at keeping your vehicle up they just want to get paid. But when that happens you will always know because your vehicle will always have problems. If your vehicle keep having problems even after you have your maintenance on time then this will let you know not to buy another vehicle from that dealership. But I know I can count on College Park Hyundai to keep my vehicle in good condition because they want me to keep coming back! More

I think within 30 second I knew I was buying a car from him. within 2 hours I was done doing paper work and out with a new car. I didn't have to waste time negotiating for the price because David gave me the best price. Just the amount of time and stress I saved buying a car from David was at least worth (if not more) the discount David got me.
