If you can find another dealership, run don’t walk! I have been going to this dealership for over 10 years and purchased two cars. My tech was fired and I wasn’t even notified. The car sat for days until I called them. The manager was rude and blamed me for their inability to communicate, unbelievably. Not to mention his attitude towards my complaint. It was if he could care less and Believe me he didn’t. Watch out for unnecessary repair add-ons because they will do that in a heartbeat. They are untrustworthy and rude, period. More
I had an appointment to have my ABS dude replaced for a safety recall. Upon arrival I was told that their system was down and that they couldn’t do the repair. I didn’t get any notice ahead of time. I opted to get an oil change since I had taken off work and made the trip, which took 2 hours to complete. Also, when I made the initial appointment there was a promotion for 10% off all afternoon visits, but the staff didn’t want to honor the discount. Eventually they agreed to apply it. I don’t have any confidence in this dealership. More
The shop was hopping when I arrived for my 8:30 am appointment. I had to wait about 10 minutes, but checkin went smoothly. I waited in the waiting room with free wifi and a good coffee machine. About 15 minutes before the promised time, the agent called me and said all the service items were complete. But the tech thought that the tire wear indicated the need for an alignment. I said yes and 30 minutes later my car was ready as promised. I’m pleased with the experience. More
