I literally made a call to Shawn Hashemi-Sales & Leasing Consultant who I was referred to from a precious buyer who was completely satisfied with this I literally made a call to Shawn Hashemi-Sales & Leasing Consultant who I was referred to from a precious buyer who was completely satisfied with this dealer about purchasing a car. Shawn instructed me to go online and apply with the Fast Credit Application…within in 10 minutes after applying Shawn called me back being completely honest on what I needed to provide in order to be approved for my vehicle of choice, after being provided with his honesty and professionalism I gave the information needed…I was called back 15 minutes later approved for a brand new car-a 2016 with the payments I asked for and told to come on in and pick up my car!!! I was in the process of working with another Hyundai dealer further up the road and was denied for the exact car I was approved for with College Park Hyundai….From the time I walked in the door to leaving with a brand new car fully insured… (Shawn has the awesome Independent Insurance Agent Pierre Del Aguila)…I was provided with excellent customer service across the board! It’s not about having a brand new car that is making me ecstatic… it’s the above the bar customer service I received from the College Park Hyundai team. This is actually not my first car, my 5th to be exact with my past experiences with well-known dealerships tormenting my decision to purchase a vehicle and deal with horrible customer service or a car dealership that was not about making sure I was satisfied across the board…just satisfied with putting me in a car with a high note and interest rate, basically another care sold! This is not the case with the College Park Hyundai Team…it’s been seven years that I have been without a car, walking and dealing with the woes of Metro in the DMV, purchasing a vehicle at College Park Hyundai was a blessing sent from above… my point is,” Team Work “makes all dreams work! Every player on the team has to take ownership of their daily duties…from the sales & leasing consultant,-Shawn Hashemi, Online manger-David Lee, Finance manager ( I forget his name but he knew a bank that would get me approved instead of placing my information into a big pool of banks waiting for someone to take the bait…his “Let’s get this business one and done” demeanor will never be forgotten…I love a business person who knows their business and is able to get results one & done) down to the very pleasant young lady in the Finance department who gave me great tips on repairing a few things and went over my contract making sure I knew the importance of having gap insurance…she was very pleasant and very knowable in her line of profession making my transition rather smooth…a memorable life experience from the whole team! I am a blogger who blogs on day to day life experiences…I have never met a team like these-positive energy indivials who go a bit and beyond their daily job tasks (Hence, very aware of my surrounding, watching the dealers as they interacted with other customers…those customers all left with a vehicle according to a budget in which they could afford…this is very rare) to me that’s a team that knows there line of business taking their business seriously perfecting their craft even when faced with criticism… Every day will not be filled with sunshine when dealing with everyday people who face various obstacle’s in life however it’s the people who understand the dynamics of business putting themselves in every situation as a customer first, making a difference to be the difference they would like to see & be more than average excelling in their business-raising the bar providing excellent customer service that is realistic; that’s a business regardless to life’s minor setbacks that will always have business being a wining team- A happy customer always brings ten more… Thank you Shawn Hashemi- Sales & Leasing Consultant, David Lee-Online Manager, Finance Manager & Finance Department for all that you have done and will do…College Park Hyundai has a great team that provides positive results within an hour…not fictional but factual…I am living proof!
