The worse. I am just getting back from driving to the service center for nothing. This represents the last straw for me. Let me break College Park Hyundai down for you. - Expressed interest in leasing a 2020 Kona in 2020. They were all over me, calling to following up, to sell up services etc. - When I took the option to lease the car, one of those up services was 3 years of free oil change / tire rotation. Let me tell you, every time I brought the car in for an oil change, the service center would act like they don't know what I am talking about, and that I had to pay. For them, that was a "sales" problem. I would have to argue my position and go between sales and the service department before they would finally relent. When I tell you that this happened EVERY TIME, I mean it, so you can imagine the amount of times this happened in three years. - Okay, silly me takes the option to purchase the car outright three years later, after the lease expires. I finance the car, sign all the documents and everything. About a month later, Hyundai Finance department calls me threatening to repossess the car. Do you know that the College Park Hyundai did not send them the check? I had to get on the phone with College Park Hyundai, chasing them to call me back, chasing them to send the money to Hyundai finance, meanwhile Hyundai finance were calling me everyday for about ten days threatening to repossess a car I had already paid for. - It doesn't stop there, I had to give up my tags when switching from lease to purchase. I was told I would receive a call when my tags are ready. Three months later I am still waiting on my tags. I called them about a week or so ago, to tell them my temp tags had expired. I was told they would get back to me. It's been a week or so now, I haven't heard anything. I texted the sales agent last week. No response. - Yesterday, I booked an appointment for a diagnostic on my car. I asked the woman on the phone how much it would cost me. She said it would be free. I doubled down on this, explaining to her I don't want to drive all that way only told be told it is not free. Today, I drove to College Park for my appointment and the service agent there told me a diagnostic would be $200. Words fail me. I declined the service. I'd rather pay more elsewhere at this point. Essentially, do not purchase a car from College Park Hyundai, true to the stereotype, they will be your best friend when trying to get a sale out of you. But after that? It's all downhill. More

I had a great experience leasing a new 2024 Elantra SEL here. My salesperson "Mo" went above and beyond and was very accommodating as i made my final decision on which model i wanted. Although it did take a few hours to complete the paperwork, it went very smooth. I would definitely recommend buying from here and i plan on purchasing here again when this lease is up. More

Easy drop off process. Service advisor David was helpful and even gave me his phone number to reach him directly. Car was ready in a timely manner and pick up was flawless. I am pleased with the service and the quality that the was rendered. My service attendant heard my concern, assured me that they will do all to help resolve the matter with my 2021 Palisades. My truck so was rendered. My service attendant heard my concern, assured me that they will do all to help resolve the matter with my 2021 Palisades. My truck sounded as though it was going to cut off each time I slowed down. My service tech shared my concerns with the mechanic . Hours later when my vehicle was returned, we went over my concerns and the service tech found no problems with my truck. When I drove off and came to a complete stop as I was exiting, I noticed the problem I had was gone. Excellent work!!! More
