Service good but not prepared for more work They insisted my car stay about 6 hours more due to a recall that they said I was notified. I don't remember receiving any info on this recall. Since They insisted my car stay about 6 hours more due to a recall that they said I was notified. I don't remember receiving any info on this recall. Since I was prepared to stay only 1 hour I was taken aback. They did make arrangements for me to have a loaner car, that took an extra hour that day as well as another hour the next day in returning the car. More
