Great customer service After a car accident we found ourselves unexpectedly in the market for a car. After searching the internet we found this dealership with the car we wanted and made an appointment. The salesman, Charles, was friendly and great to work with. The financial aspect of buying a car is never fun. It is a long and drawn out process with so much paperwork. However, working with Rashad made it all seamless. This is the third time in my life that I have bought a car. I try to avoid car dealerships as much as possible. But never before when buying a car have I felt like I was treated with such respect, honesty and integrity. It is rare that you find a car dealership with ethics where you feel comfortable and at ease with the "deal" that is being made. To be quite frank, we visited other dealerships before making the final decision to buy from this one. The deciding factor: Rashad and the way we were treated in that finance office. Shawn searched throughout the region, and further, to locate the vehicle. He kept me updated as to progress and options along the way. Throughout, he was VERY professional, courteous, and patient; AMAZING. Shawn finally located my vehicle (Richmond area I believe) and facilitated its transportation to the dealership in College Park. Shawn noted that the VA dealership did not provide the SD card for the navigation system. Shawn was not pleased with them and diligently worked to obtain the SD card. While it took several weeks to obtain, Shawn was frequently on the phone with them pushing to obtain the card. He worked tirelessly to resolve the issue did what was needed. Again, Shawn was amazing and deserves a lot of positive credit for this. I am very thankful that he was my sales representative. THANK YOU!!! More
