We purchased our car at a busy and unexpected time (we had only come by to look), so things were hectic at the dealership Shawn Hashemi was excellent. We purchased our car at a busy and unexpected time (we had only come by to look), so things were hectic at the dealership and we continued our negotiation a couple of days later. Therefore, some steps were temporarily overlooked. Shawn was was not the person who failed to adequately explain how the contract was determined. There were items in the contract which were not forthrightly explained; therefore, we had to re-negotiate the contract. In the end, all came out fine. More
