From the moment I spoke with Ronald over the phone to confirm my service, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Ronald gave me an immediate appointment and welcomed me personally when I arrived. Within minutes, my vehicle was sent for inspection. Jonathan followed up with a text message that included a video link showing the live inspection taking place in the shop, along with a detailed report. That level of transparency was both reassuring and impressive. Even in the waiting room, live video streams of technicians working on vehicles were displayed—an innovative touch that builds real trust between customers and the service team. Toward the end of the visit, Ronald noticed a potential discrepancy regarding the complimentary service offer, which may have technically expired just days earlier. However, recognizing the lack of clarity and honoring the original understanding, he ensured the service was still provided free of charge. That gesture speaks volumes about the integrity and customer-first attitude of the team. It’s also worth noting that my inspection came back completely green—no issues whatsoever. With only 7,450 miles on the odometer, my Kona is in impeccable condition, and only the oil change was needed. All in all, this was a seamless, thoughtful, and genuinely pleasant experience. Slow, unprofessional service. Despite escalating to manager Joseph Espino, who was rude and terse on the phone, I was not given any further assistance on the faulty rotor, and was disconnected multiple times during the call. I still don’t know about the status of the replacement charging door part, which ALSO was faulty and needed to be replaced because it wouldn’t open at depression on the door itself or using the remote key fob. More
