He respected what we were looking for in a new car. In fact, I wanted a hatchback Accent but it was not available at this location. He was able to locate one in another location with all the equipment that we wanted. When it was on the lot, I was surprised. If I had questions, Ike was easy to reach and continues to respond to calls. The dealership sent out offers over the years and stated how much they would consider for a trade in. November 1 we (my dad and myself) came into the dealership. We met with Ike, established what we wanted and the dealership honored their letter offer as well as honoring my Dad's veteran status. We considered it a very good deal. Every person we dealt with respected our goals and did not pressure us. I highly recommend this dealership and every person we dealt with. More
