Painless but a bit long No issues on the purchasing or price, everything was straightforward. I knew what car I wanted and they got it for me. Mostly was just sitting around waiting for F&I at the dealer for what felt like hours. I assume that's par for the course at any dealer, but still there has to be a faster way to do things. Granted it was a holiday so maybe they weren't fully staffed I don't know. That's pretty much my only complaint. More
