He notice two others things that need to be done in the near future and pointed them out to me and I had him prioritize them for me. I really appreciate his professional and courteous manner. If he were to leave College Park Hyundai, I would probably try and find out where he went and take my car to him. I have always felt that I am getting a fair shake from him. More
I was deliberately lied too, and am still contemplating legal action, since my nephew is a lawyer who ironically has an office within walking distance to the dealership. Worst car buying experience in 41 y legal action, since my nephew is a lawyer who ironically has an office within walking distance to the dealership. Worst car buying experience in 41 years of purchasing a car. I was told that the car was on its way from a local dealership, only to be told later that I would have to have the car shipped from Kentucky and pay for the shipping charges. This was after all the lies and paperwork were completed. More

I had a wonderful experience at College Park Hyundai. Zod was very easy to work with and came through with a great car for me. Each area of the store, had great people to work with. I felt like I got a fairly good deal on a new Santa Fe and am very happy with the car. I would have preferred a lower interest rate, but it was the best they had for me at the time. I felt the dealership and my salesman Zod worked hard to please me with my purchase. More
When I first contacted this Dealership, I had spoke with David Givens, and he was very supportive as far as me being about to get a new vehicle, he give me the support that I needed, even thou I was not abl David Givens, and he was very supportive as far as me being about to get a new vehicle, he give me the support that I needed, even thou I was not able to purchase the vehicle myself, but my husband was able, he was very uplifting. When we walked into the dealership, it was nice to meet familiar faces, whom I had worked with at a previous dealership, and they still made me feel welcome and at home, it was like we were family even thou it had been years since I had seen them all, and as usually they still made it happen. This was my first time buying a new car and this dealership made the experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. I had been told by several dealerships prior to College Park Hyundai that t dealership made the experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. I had been told by several dealerships prior to College Park Hyundai that the car I was seeking was not available and will not be for a while. I was fortunate enough to find this dealership through a Google search. Once I contacted my salesman David, he went the extra mile by coming in before his shift began in order to secure the car for me. He was very knowledgeable about the car and surprisingly proactive in making sure I got a very good price on it. The attitude of everyone at the dealership was positive and upbeat. I got the exact car I wanted at a terrific price. Due to that fact and the great service I received, I will definitely refer anyone looking for a new Hyundai to this dealership. More

Hyundai changed their models and improved their brand but they are still low level when it comes to customer service. They treated me like they were doing me a favor by selling me their car; my experience w they are still low level when it comes to customer service. They treated me like they were doing me a favor by selling me their car; my experience was similar to jeff0rie on this site with the same salesman Raegan Hairston. He told me we were close in price and to come in to the dealership, he was not at the dealership when I arrived so I worked with someone else. I found out we were not close in price and he wasted my time. Then he kept emailing me about making a sale because I saw I was using a website to search for inventor and price (I later learned that the site is not accurate on the specific model/color), I told him he wasted my time and I no longer wanted to work with college park Hyundai. Then he start to mock me via email, saying I am being picky about 100-200 dollars (which is not the case at college park Hyundai because the prices are much higher). Salesmen like this give other salesmen a bad reputation. He make is seemed like negotiation is not part of buying a new car. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS DEALERSHIP, pay a little bit more if you have to or you will regret it when you come back for their life time warranty BS. I will be contacting the GM and cooperate about their customer service. More
WATCH OUT FOR RIDICULOUS FEES. GO IF YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH SOMEONE SLIMY, AND YOU WANT USED CAR THAT FEELS USED. I bought a used Scion xB. It started out at 15999. Lionell said that he was willing to WITH SOMEONE SLIMY, AND YOU WANT USED CAR THAT FEELS USED. I bought a used Scion xB. It started out at 15999. Lionell said that he was willing to make a crazy deal, so my friend and I went in. His idea of a crazy deal was $14,350 plus a $1,495 "prep fee" because all cars must be "prepped" and the manager's workers (quote) Don't work for free in the heat. It was a ridiculous fee and reasoning. We got the prep fee down to $250, and I bought the car. I took the car home, which is about 30 minutes from the dealership. The first thing I noticed was that they didn't fill up my tank. The next day I realized how dirty the inside was. I called and spoke with the manager and he told me to make an appt with the service department. When I told the service department, the guy laughed at me because I told him that I had paid for a prep fee and my car was not prepped. The service guy told me to just bring my car in anytime, and they would clean it. Before getting it to be cleaned a light came on, and I took it to a nearby Scion Dealership. There was no cap on one of my tires. I took my car in to be detailed properly as it should have been and waited for about an hour. They brought it out and I looked at and nothing had been done. Maybe they vacuumed it again, but I told the guy- the dirt is right here. It's disgusting dirt from the previous owner. Then, I told the service guy about my missing cap, and he noticed how dirty my hub caps were. I thought he was going to take it back to detail the inside better, but it came back out (after I don't know how long) still disgustingly dirty inside. Then I spoke with the manager and showed him the dirt. He looked at dirt and said 'That's clean. All my used cars are like this.' I told him that it wasn't clean and that's all I wanted - was a clean car - and esp. since he charged me 1495 for a prep fee. He said,'we charge all of our customers this prep fee.' Then, he had the audacity to say,'I hope you don't have a real problem.' I, too, hope that I don't have a "real" problem because if they can't fix a dirt problem that I had paid for, then, I have very little faith they can fix any other problem. For that fee, I should have gotten a detailed car and there should not have been a tire cap missing. I don't know anything about cars, so if anything else was not "prepped", I wouldn't know. I paid a few thousand less than the price of a new car. I should feel like I'm driving a new car, and I don't. I'm disappointed. More
I had my Santa Fe evaluated for Timing Belt replacement, brakes, and two separate filter issues. Once again William DeSilva assisted me and prioritized the work. He has never let me down and I count on his brakes, and two separate filter issues. Once again William DeSilva assisted me and prioritized the work. He has never let me down and I count on his guidance. He is probably the best service advisor that CP Hyundai has. More
