This is our 3rd Santa Fe from College Park Hyundai and again we were delighted with our experience. Everyone was very courteous and pleasant during our entire visit. The alternative to having it flatbedded in to the dealer was substantial; it would have been costly. Our car color and unit was very hard to come by at this time and College Park and crew got the job done. After doing my home work I went to two dealers. College Park made us feel that they wanted our business right from the get go. The other dealer ( where we had gone first) made me feel as if I was doing him a favor. He constantly let other matters get in the way of our discussions. College Park's first quote after a minimal discussion was $900 less then the best quote I got from the other dealer. We did not have to play games with negotiations, we cut right to the chase and I appreciated that. I purchased the car "under" listed dealer invoice. This is the second car my family has purchased from them. They are professional and courteous and want to do business. Charles was completely thourough with his job from start to finish. One minor complaint would be better back-up in place in the showroom when a saleman is busy and his phone is ringing. Needs to be attended to a bit quicker. Other then that I have no complaints. I will be back to have my cars serviced there and in the future, if Hyundai continues to produce the quality and value of the cars it is producing now; I will surely buy another one. Jon Klass More

The only thing which kept me from listing the Overall Experience as great was my credit card payment. The dealership's invoice had my entire credit card number listed . She was embarrassed,very apologetic and said she would tell her supervisor about my concern. This troubles me because I have been a victim of credit card fraud within the last two years and have an alert on my card. If something should happen again I will put this incident in the police report. More

Once again, William DeSilva in service, has come to my assistance. I brought my Sante Fe in for some maintenance and asked William to have my brakes checked out. He said I did not need brakes. As I have said before, I have known William for over 5 years and you can trust what he says. He will never steer you wrong. In fact, I have to bring my son's Elantra in and he is the only one I want to deal with. You can't go wrong with him. I am glad to see that the dealership is under new management. I understand that they are trying to turn things around. Unfortunately, I'm not sure that I will ever buy another car from CP Hyundai. Once burned, twice shy. All I can attest to is that CP Hyundai has a first rate service and parts department. More
I took my Hyundai the beginning of February 2011 for service. We were told that the clutch system was not working correctly. We ended paying more than $400 for the service only to realize that it only service. We were told that the clutch system was not working correctly. We ended paying more than $400 for the service only to realize that it only needed a minor adjustment that cost us less than $100 elsewhere. During that initial visit, we purchased a 2010 Elantra and had no problems with our sales person. However, we were told that the tire sensor light on the dash was due to temperature changes outside. We took the car home and noticed that the sensor light kept on coming on every few days. In summary, it took us more than four visits to the service department, loss of time from work, contact to the Hyundai USA Consumer Affairs Dept in CA who referred our case to a regional representative, to finally get them to acknowledge that something was wrong with one of the tires. It's sad to find out that the calls that the Consumer Affairs department made to the Service Manager (Craig) were not returned at all or that he got the "run around" and placed on hold for long periods of time. I can only wonder if the Service Manager didn't think my issue was important enough to handle. Anyways, after going back to the dealer with the same problem, I was able to talk directly to Mike (Asst. Service Manager), who assisted us and finally brought this issue to resolution (after 1+ month of complaining). I definately will not return to this dealership for service. You've lost a customer. I've noticed that you only respond to the positive feedback on this forum. Why not respond to all? More
