I had such a terrible experience at both the College Park Honda and College Park Hyundai dealership. Sales people who lie and make false promises. At one point I even went up to speak to the manager (Sadik) Honda and College Park Hyundai dealership. Sales people who lie and make false promises. At one point I even went up to speak to the manager (Sadik) because a sales person who was helping me had walked away to help someone else without saying a word to me and I was just sitting there waiting for almost 2 hours. The manager did not apologize to me at all, but instead asks another sales person to help me. To make a long story short, I DID NOT buy a car from them and I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from them. Such a bad experience!!! More

I had problems with my rear wheel making a squeeling sound and smelling like it was burning. They CP Hyundai team worked hard to fix the problem and I had to go to the dealer several times to finally sound and smelling like it was burning. They CP Hyundai team worked hard to fix the problem and I had to go to the dealer several times to finally figure out what it was. They kept seeing me to help solve the problem and were friendly and courteous even though I felt like I was a pain to them. All was covered under warranty the e brake had failed and the rotor was damaged as a result. They did not rip me off or charge me for unnecessary things like brake pads etc. In fact they reccommeded that I wait till next service to replace them. I would reccomend them to anyone seeking service for their Hyundai in the DC metro area. They are honest and hard working guys. So Hyundai does stand by their warranty and brake failure other than pads is covered I have 49000+ miles on my 2009 Santa Fe. It has been a very reliable vehicle and there have been no probelms up until now. I do have all my service done at the dealership and they will work with you on your issues. More

We informed him via emai Bait and Switch-Avoid at all costs! We made an appointment with David Givens the internet manager to purchase a Sonata GLS. We informed him via email and verbally of a written price offer from another dealership and he assured us he could beat it, and that he had the car in stock. We clarified in writing that our offer included ALL fees with the exception of taxes, tags, and title, and he said he understood and could still beat the price. On arrival at the dealership, he first said he didn't have the trim we wanted available-only a more expensive one, but if my son financed we could still have for the same cost. This was despite an email from him saying that he had the Package 1 available and ready for purchase. Two hours later, when we thought we had everything arranged, he tagged on a $775 destination fee! He was willing to let us walk --which we did, with a sour taste in our mouth from having wasted hours on a holiday weekend. We purchased the car the next day from Fairfax Hyundai who gave us a fair price and were honest with us. More
Mike Izadi was extremely helpful in getting us the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. We dealt with 5 different dealers in the area, and this was by far the best. Customer service started out very good. The pick-up/delivery date of the vehicle was for Friday/May 18, 2012. My husband and I cleared our schedule for this date anticipating the pick up of th pick-up/delivery date of the vehicle was for Friday/May 18, 2012. My husband and I cleared our schedule for this date anticipating the pick up of the vehicle. However, we never heard from the dealership. I sent (3) email inquiries and (1) phone call and nothing heard from the dealership. Good business practice and common courtesy dictates keeping your customer informed of the status of delivery/pickup. We understand that delays may happen, however, there is simply no excuse for not calling or returning an email. Therefore, we will not be purchasing this vehicle from your dealership. We thank you for your time but we will be taking our business else where. More

I have not purchased a new car in years, and College Park Hyundai was so helpful throughout the whole process! I had two salespeople making sure I was getting all of the answers I needed, sharing owner tips Hyundai was so helpful throughout the whole process! I had two salespeople making sure I was getting all of the answers I needed, sharing owner tips (one of the salespeople, Zod, has an Elantra as well - I bought a 2012 Elantra), and provided me all of the info I needed to make the purchase. My salesperson, Jay, even worked on getting me a better interest rate than my credit union offered! I can't remmeber everyone's name that helped me along the way, but I was very pleased...have already recommended the car and dealership to everyone I know. Thanks for the amazing world class service! Agree - Stay far away!! Wish I read recent reviews before going to dealer. 1-Elvis told us used car was one price, so we met w/Lonnell and he 'shook' on $15,000. When we came back to buy the car - he said h going to dealer. 1-Elvis told us used car was one price, so we met w/Lonnell and he 'shook' on $15,000. When we came back to buy the car - he said he made a mistake, its really $19,200. we left. Two days later Lonnell calls, said lets meet in the middle - thinking $17k we go back to get the car. Now he says he the car costs $18,400 - we know its a nice car - price good for a Honda Certified Used Car (HCUC)- so we agree. Then in financing Lonnell says he is charging us the $800 inspection fee. Really? THEN, they tell us, NO its NOT a Honda Certified Used Car, there was no 150 point inspection - only the 120 point Hyundai inspection - THIS IS NOT THE SAME. The car on the lot had HCUC tags, the banners flying on the poles say they sell HCUC, we were told it was a HCUC, it is advertised with a link from the Honda website as a HCUC - and it is not! This dealership should not be in business with these practices. When I called the manager was not available - when I emailed the managers of College Park Honda and Hyundai (they sell Honda's used cars) I never got a response. Now, we will be writing Honda, the managers again, and the Better Business Bureau. Not that they will care though, based on these reviews. This dealership is only 2 miles from home, we wanted to start out on a better relationship, but now we do not trust anything they say. More
