Recent purchase After months of searching for used Honda Odyssey; I located one at this dealership. I was quickly put in contact with a salesmen by the name Ralph Bro After months of searching for used Honda Odyssey; I located one at this dealership. I was quickly put in contact with a salesmen by the name Ralph Brown. Upon my arrival Ralph greeted me and retrieved the keys to car I was interested in, his no nonsense approach was very refreshing and we got down to business quite quickly. While I was looking over and test driving the vehicle, Ralph addressed my trade in and we were talking numbers in very short order. As with any dealership there was some haggling, but in the end I was provided a fair, and reasonable deal on my trade in and new purchase. In addition the dealership provided me with a better finance rate than my credit union which I was pleasantly surprised to hear. Hats off to Ralph and the finance team, all the best! V/r, Joe More

My New 2015 Hyundai Veloster Turbo!!! :) I just wanted to say for starters this dealership stood out most to me when I sent in my online quote they were not sending me annoying emails every d I just wanted to say for starters this dealership stood out most to me when I sent in my online quote they were not sending me annoying emails every day asking me to get in touch with them. I reached out to David and when I talked to him he was not pushy with trying sell me a car. He talked to me and understood what I wanted. He had me contact several other dealers before I made a decision and when I found the lowest offer I could on my car then I should give him a call. David assured me that he would be the lowest offer I could find in the other dealerships and of course he did exactly that. I bought my car October 27th and for two days David put me in the exact car I bought, but just a rental until he went and picked my car up and had it detailed very well. His customer service was outstanding, he was an easy person to communicate with, and his honesty was the biggest seller for me. I would recommend David Lee, he continues to reassure me if I ever need anything to contact him directly.. Oh and my car, it is AMAZING! More

A few days later, Rick (sales manager) contacted me and asked about my concerns. Immediately, he told me to bring the vehicle in to repair the scratches. He also ordered replacement mats for my vehicle. I was not charged for having the scrathes removed or for the mats. Now that's great customer service. More

The actual process of signing the paperwork was great. Ebony explained everything well and there were no surprise fees- The out-the-door price that Jesus Franco quoted was what I ended up actually paying. I am happy with the deal and I am looking forward to picking up my new car later this week! Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend this dealer. More
