My visit to College Park Hyundai was to compare with another local dealer. David was waiting for me when I arrived and had the car I had mentioned waiting for me. He was knowledgeable, concerned that I was getting the right car for my needs and was realistic about pricing. I was made comfortable, met the manager who was fair in negotiating a price with me. I did not feel any lack of respect because I am a woman and the discussion of the car was realistic and respectful.David was humerous and helpful and able to answer all of my questios. After buying the car there were several follow calls and follow through on a problem that the service department Took care of as soon as possible. Al in service was keeping me informed and he too has followed up on the repair. All in all the best experience I have had at a dealership and the best, most helpful salesman I have dealt with. More
I had an excellent experience when I brought my Sonata in for its one-year servicing. Price was reasonable, including a discount due to an earlier minor miscommunication with the parts department. Dealership is very unclear about the price and would like to stick you with lot of unexpected costs. Don't expect them to give you a good value for your trade as its a small place with less transactions and to stick you with lot of unexpected costs. Manager would sit and tell you that "he can buy the same car from an auction for 30% less than the KBB price" and he might do you a favor by paying little extra. More

Really, really, great experience!!!!Buying a new car is exciting, but having to sit all day in a dealership, meeting various people for various reasons, having to haggle and worry if they are trying to "pu exciting, but having to sit all day in a dealership, meeting various people for various reasons, having to haggle and worry if they are trying to "pull one over" on you - well, the prospect of having to go through all that kept me from buying a new car for a year. But everyone at this dealership was very friendly, I felt like they were honest and up-front, and it was the most fun I think anyone could have spending a few hours going through the car-buying experience. The car buying experience at College Park Hyundai was outstanding. I was in the market for the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe and was interested in trading in my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee for the best offer. I vis outstanding. I was in the market for the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe and was interested in trading in my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee for the best offer. I visited a number of dealerships, including CarMax, who offered $2,500, but College Park Hyundai made me an offer I could not refuse--$5K. One thing I appreciated during this process is that there was no back and forth to the manager's office to get a better price. The manager made me an offer for my trade-in after inspecting it, and within a few minutes I had a great offer on a fully loaded, redesigned Santa Fe. The sales team -- Renae and Marcus -- was outstanding. They should be considered for sales people of the year just based on the service they provided during this purchase! I was there on a Saturday to complete the process and was even invited to participate in the catered lunch offered for employees; they didn't have to do that. (I know next time what day to visit the College Park Hyundai to make a purchase and have a delicious catered lunch.) The finance manager was great. She took her time explaining the process and answering our questions. I've purchased a number of cars, and I've never received a hand written note from the sales team as I did from Renee or a call from the sales manager inquiring "How's the car?" and thanking me for being a College Park Hyundai customer. So the next time I'm in the market for a new car, my FIRST stop will ALWAYS be College Park Hyundai, and based on this experience, it will be my ONLY stop; and I will be sure to request Renee and Marcus as the team to work with to complete the purchase.
