Simple items routinely take anywhere from 2.5 to over 5 hours. Today, my visit lasted from 8:45 AM to 2:02 PM — for basic service. I wouldn’t have known my car was even ready if I hadn’t gotten up to ask why it was taking so long. My rep casually said, “Oh, I was just closing you out.” I expect about two hours for an oil change, but losing more than half of a workday is unacceptable. On top of that, they consistently change settings on my car, and I can never seem to reset them afterward. They may have a new building, but the service times and overall experience have declined.
