However, you declined all repairs. Sometimes in our presentation it may have come across as confusing. Respecfully, I will decline. Not only did I leave an extensive google review with photos of the aftermath of visiting your service center, but I left multiple voicemails voicing my concerns and referencing the previously mentioned google review requesting a call back from management. After repeatedly calling back I was eventually able to reach someone in sales who shared yours and the service managers names. After I called again seeking a follow-up from anyone, I was advised to bring my disabled automobile back to your location for another diagnostic, on my dime, despite my vehicle being disabled shortly after my initial diagnostic at your location. Subsequentually, I was able to reach you where you did offer a pro brono diagnostic on my disabled vehicle. Bear in mind, the drive belt you mentioned was just replaced on 10.29.25. Fortunately, my son & I were able to make the repair ourselves. After all of this, your offer doesn't do much as we have found an alternative to your service center for future service and repairs. I do not foresee your organization doing anything to roll back my sour disposition either. Unfortunately, I do not forsee myself returning my vehicle to your establishment. Thank you for your attention of this matter. I wish you well.
