New J. Darrow Scat Pack Challenger I am not the easiest person to deal . My expectations of the people I deal with are as high as my expectations for myself. I have bought many new cars I am not the easiest person to deal . My expectations of the people I deal with are as high as my expectations for myself. I have bought many new cars in the past, but have not purchased a new vehical in the last decade. Large dealerships have left a bad taste in the past, so I sought out a smaller dealership with a more personal approach to selling. My cousin and I walked into Cole, on a Saturday, after a scoutting trip for this years deer hunting season. Bib overalls, boots and in general looking like a bad reallity TV show for rednecks. There was a reason for this entry. If they would take me seriously, looking like I had no ability to even purchase a new car, and give my questions the respect of a truthfull answer, then they would earn my buiness this day. As soon as we started to look at cars on the lot, A salesperson came to greet us. We had come to look at a Challenger that I had seen on the Cole web sight. The car had already sold. After talking with Kim DeLaet for a few minutes, I had decided to buy my new Challenger from her. I told her that I would be back to test drive the new 2015 she told me would be on the way to their dealership soon. She told me that she would let me know when it came in. About a month later, Kim texted me to let me know the car was there. My wife and I left work early on a Friday afternoon to go test drive the car. What a awsome driving car this was. But it was not exactly what I wanted. This purchase was a little more special than most. It will probably be the last new car I buy, as I will be retiring in a year and a half, and will not be purchasing any new toys after that. I told Kim I would get back with her about ordering a new Challenger in the next few months. She said she would be waiting for my call. She probably thought she would never hear from me again. Here it is, some 5 months since my first chat with Kim and the car was ordered and has now been delivered to the dealership. A new Scat Pack 392 Challenger. They are going to ship it to my garage, so I do not have to drive it on salty, snowy roads! How great is that? I had told Kim this car would never be driven in bad weather. This is my reward to myself for many years of hard work and I do not think I could have choosen a better dealership or a better sales person with the purchase of THEE car of my lifetime. I think Kim was every bit as excited about this car as I am. I would highly recomend Cole for any new car purchase and even more highly recomend Kim as the sales person to talk to. I can only give a heartfelt thanks to Kim. (And a big hug)! More

A few emails, text messages, and a couple of short phone calls is all it took to agree to my trade in price and the new vehicle price. We met John at the dealership on the following Saturday morning. The new vehicle was ready to roll and they looked over my trade and we completed the deal. Absolutely the easiest vehicle trade in / new purchase I have made in 20+ years of buying vehicles. I have already recommended John and the Cole dealership to a few friends. It was worth the drive to be treated like a customer! More
