Upon its arrival he explained its various operational functions. I was not pressured in any fashion to select a vehicle that did not meet my needs. Satisfactory buying experience but poor experience with dealer after issue with vehicle discovered. They did not stand behind the vehicle and left me on my own to resolve even though it was certified pre- dealer after issue with vehicle discovered. I heard good things about the Coggins Toyota store through friends and family members in Berkshire county. So me and my girlfriend went there and we were not disappointed. We dealt with a sales man by through friends and family members in Berkshire county. So me and my girlfriend went there and we were not disappointed. We dealt with a sales man by the name of Mike Russo and our finance guy was Aiden. These guys were amazing!! They got me the 4runner we wanted the color we wanted the payment we could afford. They really went above and beyond to help get us in the car we wanted. I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know. I'm telling you right now you can't find a better place to buy a car then Coggins dealerships. Highly recommend!! More

Excellent service all the way around. Brian Oakley was great as my salesman. Went through the Tundra’s options and even linked my phone to the truck on the day I drove it out.
