I went to Coggins to see what they could do for me to get me into a new Tacoma and I left there with a brand new Tacoma with the payment where I wanted it to be. I am very satisfied with the deal I got and how I was treated by Coggins Toyota and my salesman, Brian Oakley!

Buyer beware - the sale is where the good service ends. I bought a car here and have been left completely on my own to deal with an urgent registration problem. My PA plates still haven’t shown up, my temp tag is about to expire, and I may not legally be able to drive the car I paid for. Brian never returns calls or messages which is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Michael told me the PA DMV would call to verify some info; that call never happened, and no one has followed up since. I’ve had to chase them myself every step of the way. I need this car for work, and this dealership has shown zero urgency and zero accountability when it actually matters. Don’t expect help once you’ve signed the paperwork. Can’t recommend.

I went there to see what it would take for me to replace my Tundra which I purchased there 10 years ago. They brought out the truck I purchased but I really had my doubts... the truck was way nicer than anything I expected. I talked to Brian and gave him some information and he said he'd be right back. Mind you, I only went to get information about what I would need to purchase a vehicle better than what I had. Approximately 45 minutes later I left the parking lot in a beautiful Toyota Tacoma.
