I went there to see what it would take for me to replace my Tundra which I purchased there 10 years ago. They brought out the truck I purchased but I really had my doubts... the truck was way nicer than any my Tundra which I purchased there 10 years ago. Mind you, I only went to get information about what I would need to purchase a vehicle better than what I had. Approximately 45 minutes later I left the parking lot in a beautiful Toyota Tacoma. They also handled obtaining a NYS registration for me, which was great. Since purchasing my vehicle a little over a week ago, Brian has continued to check in and offered to answer any questions I may have. Such a disappointing experience with Doug and Heather. When I found out I was pregnant with twins, the pressure was on to find the perfect vehicle that could fit my growing family. I had my heart set on a Grand Highlander and found the perfect one at Coggins that was due in by Memorial Day. I put down the deposit and explained that I would be traveling to pick it up in May. The vehicle came in extremely early - 4/23/2025 - and Heather told me I just had to sign the bank agreement for the portion I was financing in order to secure the vehicle. I specifically asked about the remaining down payment and she said a bank check upon my planned pick up in May would be fine. I told her this was a relief since I was leaving on vacation the following day. A few days later while on vacation I start getting messages from Doug about how I need to wire the down payment or the car will be released by end of day. This was completely different from what they told me and because I was traveling I wasn't able to send the down payment within their time frame and they released the vehicle. Heather never took my calls to discuss the situation and Sarah, the sales manager called me to say it was company policy even though I was told something completely different by her staff. The only option I was given was to refinance my loan for the entire amount of the car which would have left me with higher monthly payments - not something I was willing to take on with twins coming. Meanwhile the vehicle continues to be available on their website 3 weeks later so I still don't know what the rush was or why they felt the need to pull the car out from under me. Bottom line, do not trust anything they say as their sales people are not up front with you and then pull the rug out from under you even after you've taken out the loan for the vehicle! More
