Hi Brian, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and truly understand the frustration when a vehicle you’re interested in sells before you can see it. When you rescheduled your original appointment from Saturday to Tuesday at 3PM, we let you know that another appointment was scheduled earlier that morning and assured you we’d keep an eye on the vehicle’s availability. On Tuesday, we noticed you adjusted your appointment to arrive earlier at 1:40 PM. By then, the morning customer was still working on a deal. We attempted to contact you around 12:41 PM via call and text to let you know the vehicle might sell before your arrival, but we couldn’t reach you. When you arrived, Doug checked to confirm the status of the sale. As the other customer’s financing was still in process, we wanted to avoid prematurely dismissing the possibility of showing you the vehicle. Unfortunately, their deal was finalized before Doug returned, and we regret how this situation unfolded. We genuinely strive to provide transparent communication and a positive experience for all customers, and we’re sorry we didn’t meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your search for the right vehicle.

Highly recommend Coggins of Bennington! We stopped in at 5:30pm (they close at 6), they stayed over an hour for us, I picked my jeep up at 11:30am the next morning! Super easy and smooth car buying experience!
