Coggin Toyota at the Avenues

I would like to first off saying I love toyota and it is our family dealership to buy our vehicles for many many years. Unfortunately the service portion of maintaining your vehicle is not to be desired. To our family dealership to buy our vehicles for many many years. With an already scheduled appointment for regular 10,000mile maintenance I waited two hours past appointment time and vehicle was not even started on. Unfortunately when I inquired there was no estimated time. After already waiting two hours I had to leave as being a working mom there are many things I need to adult with and get done on the weekends. I now have to make another appointment and go through process again and take time out. To be honest if vehicle was not under warenty to get this conducted there I would go somewhere and have done in 30minutes but do not want to pay for a service I already have coverage on. I was highly disappointed today and felt like a reiterated appology was not enough and do not feel valued as a long term customer. More

John Schaefer, Service Advisor helped me for the service that my brand new vehicle needed to be adjusted. After I was not satisfied with from other service dealership is near by where I took it in 3 differe that my brand new vehicle needed to be adjusted. After I was not satisfied with from other service dealership is near by where I took it in 3 different times on the same issue that they quoted "No adjustment can be done" After I picked up the Vehicle at the Coggin Toyota for the first service and drove home for a test drive, The Vehicle driving great. I feel comfortable driving this vehicle now. No problem so far. Thanks John and the Team Work at Coggin Toyota I know where I will take my vehicle to get the work done next time. More

brougjt my Highlander in for repairs after my wife struck a ladder in the middle of highway.
