I have gone to the service center twice now to have a brake issue diagnosed and repaired under warranty. From what I can see, I am not the only person having this issue, and others have been able to get brake issue diagnosed and repaired under warranty. The first time I was told it was.a "normal hybrid noise", but this wasn't the noise I was talking about. I brought it back after the noise continued (and got worse) and the issue was properly diagnosed. But I was told it wasn't going to be repaired because another car on the lot made the same noise, and to take it up with Toyota. The service area is comfortable, and they are welcoming at drop off, but both times I have felt foolish for asking follow up questions or giving details, and like I was getting shooed out. They are busy, I understand they have to keep things rolling, but this has taken a lot of my time already and it isn't resolved. I have had two different service advisors, so this seems like it may be how they are advised to interact with customers. They were both polite, but not super interested in elaborating or answering my questions to my satisfaction, just wanted to kinda move it along was how it felt. The last time I was there for service, I wasn’t informed by the service advisor that they have their own lock lug keys that they use when you want your tires rotated. I was changed for a rotation, but lat by the service advisor that they have their own lock lug keys that they use when you want your tires rotated. I was changed for a rotation, but later figured out they hadn’t asked me for the lock lug key. When I wrote a review about it, the service advisor texted me a message stating that they had their own lock lug keys. He stated that a poor review hurts him. Well, inform someone and they wouldn’t write a bad review. The service advisors also change their attitudes when you reject all the bull crap recommend services they want you to purchase. It’s how they make their money, by trying to up sale all that garbage. Two rude service advisors done it for me, they won’t miss me, so this review shouldn’t bother them. More

The service department and the managers are unprofessional and shady and flat out LIE about fixing your car when they in fact don’t and cause even more problems with your vehicle and refuse to own up to it. It is because of this I plan to file yet another BBB complaint about their unethical business practices. More
I suggest you DON’T go there, especially if you’re a single female. They will take advantage of you like they tried to with me!!! . Told me lies. Gave me the runaround.
