As I have continued to express (and continues to fall on deaf ears)is that the current code/s and check engine light came on within 3 days of you working on my vehicle. After all if you check with your service manager he will confirm that the CEL came on as you were washing my car before delivering it back to me. Your tech apparently over torqued a spark plug and broke it while working on my car. If the current code/CEL had in fact been an issue at the time you had my vehicle then the code would have (and should have) been addressed when my vehicle was in your care. Your newest proposal of replacing all fuel injectors at thousands of dollars was never an issue until your service department worked on my vehicle. But this point I suppose it’s a moot point since you refuse any responsibility in the matter. My only recourse at this point is to provide reviews on all applicable review websites and spread my negative experience by word of mouth. It’s also disappointing, but not surprising at this point, that someone at your dealership lied to DealerRater and claimed I worked for a competitor / car industry and that my review was a conflict of interest. This is simply a flat out lie because I do not work at one. This only served as another example of your questionable business practices. I’m not sure if you realize the power that an unsatisfied customer has. I’ll leave you with this tidbit of knowledge on the matter. If you provide a good service you may get a good review here or there, but if you provide bad service (as in my situation) the customer will tell hundreds or more. Case in point the tens of THOUSANDS of dollars you stand to lose from negative word of mouth far outweighs the costs of fixing a problem that any reasonable person can infer was caused by whatever work you claim to have performed. Additional BBB complaint to follow.
