I made an appointment to have a warranty issue addressed, when I arrived they team told me it would be 1-3 hrs so iI agreed. After 4 hrs they still hadn’t looked at my car, then I was told they only had 2 t when I arrived they team told me it would be 1-3 hrs so iI agreed. After 4 hrs they still hadn’t looked at my car, then I was told they only had 2 techs certified to work on my vehicle. Why would you have me make an appointment under these pretenses only to have me sit around and never be able to address my car. Complete waste of a day More
